Late payments beyond 7 days of the invoice due date may result in suspension of services.<\/p><h2>Private Sessions<\/h2><p>24 hours notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations and no-shows are charged in full. Package sessions have an expiry date and unused sessions will not be refunded after expiry.<\/p><h2>Group Classes<\/h2><p>We reserve the right to substitute instructors without prior notice. When you participate in a group class, you acknowledge the inherent risks involved. If the instructor determines that your skill level is not suitable for the class, they may ask you to join a more appropriate level for safety reasons. We recommend 5\u201310 private sessions before joining group classes if you are new to Pilates.<\/p><h2>Instructor Courses<\/h2><p>Course fees are payable in full upon booking. If a course is cancelled by Options Pilates due to insufficient enrolment, a full refund will be processed. Student-initiated cancellations are subject to the cancellation policy provided at time of booking.<\/p><h2>Refunds<\/h2><p>Class credits and package fees are non-refundable in ordinary circumstances. In genuine exceptional cases, please email <a href=\"mailto:hk@options-studio.com\">hk@options-studio.com<\/a> and we may apply a credit to your account at our discretion.<\/p><h2>Liability Waiver<\/h2><p>By participating in classes or courses at Options Pilates Hong Kong, you acknowledge that Pilates involves physical activity and carries an inherent risk of injury. You confirm that you are physically fit to participate and will inform your instructor of any medical conditions, injuries or contraindications before each session.
