Both became instructor trainers with STOTT PILATES in 2001 before launching their own training programme, headquartered at Pilates on Fifth \u2014 New York City&#8217;s famous private training centre.<\/p>\n\n<p>PAI describes its programme as contemporary, with strong influence from the fields of sports medicine and exercise management. Our lead educators are among the most experienced PAI instructors in Asia.
