About Us<\/h2>\nOptions Pilates Studio Dubai is operated by Options Pilates Fitness Club Ltd, a company registered in the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC). Our studio is located at Emirates Financial Towers, Ground Floor \u2013 Unit G, 143 Al Sukook St, DIFC, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Acceptance of Terms<\/h2>\nBy accessing our website, booking a class or course, or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms &amp; Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.\n<h2>3. Services<\/h2>\nWe offer Pilates instruction services including private sessions, semi-private sessions, group classes, and PAI-certified instructor training courses. All services are subject to availability and the specific terms outlined at point of booking.\n<h2>4. Booking &amp; Payment<\/h2>\n<ul>\n \t<li>All bookings are confirmed upon receipt of payment unless otherwise agreed in writing<\/li>\n \t<li>Prices are quoted in UAE Dirhams (AED)<\/li>\n \t<li>We reserve the right to adjust pricing with reasonable notice<\/li>\n \t<li>Package and course fees are non-transferable between clients<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>5. Cancellation &amp; Rescheduling<\/h2>\n<ul>\n \t<li><strong>Private sessions:<\/strong> 24 hours&#8217; notice required. Late cancellations and no-shows are charged in full<\/li>\n \t<li><strong>Group classes:<\/strong> 12 hours&#8217; notice required to avoid forfeiting the class credit<\/li>\n \t<li><strong>Instructor courses:<\/strong> Cancellation terms are provided at time of course enrolment<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>6. Refunds<\/h2>\nClass credits and package fees are non-refundable except where a course is cancelled by Options Pilates due to insufficient enrolment. In exceptional circumstances, account credits may be issued at our discretion. Please email <a href=\"mailto:dubai@options-studio.com\">dubai@options-studio.com<\/a> to discuss.\n<h2>7. Health &amp; Safety<\/h2>\nYou confirm that you are physically fit to participate in Pilates instruction. You must inform your instructor of any medical conditions, injuries, pregnancy or contraindications before commencing any session. Options Pilates accepts no liability for injury arising from your failure to disclose relevant medical information or from disregarding instructor guidance.\n<h2>8. Intellectual Property<\/h2>\nAll content on this website \u2014 including text, images, course materials and design \u2014 is the property of Options Pilates Fitness Club Ltd or its licensors and is protected by UAE and international copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute or use any content without our written permission.\n<h2>9. Limitation of Liability<\/h2>\nTo the fullest extent permitted by DIFC law, Options Pilates Fitness Club Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of our services or website. Our total liability in any matter shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question.\n<h2>10. Governing Law<\/h2>\nThese Terms &amp; Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC). Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the DIFC Courts.\n<h2>11. Changes to These Terms<\/h2>\nWe reserve the right to update these Terms &amp; Conditions at any time.
