Anthea has always had a passion for fitness and has explored a range of sports throughout her life, including gymnastics, tennis, squash, and running. Despite her dedication to exercise, she encountered persistent issues such as poor posture, tight muscles, and recurring injuries. It was when she discovered Pilates that she truly became attuned to the importance of correct form and optimal muscle engagement. The transformative effects of Pilates became evident not only in her overall well-being but also in her enhanced performance across other sports.
Inspired by her own experiences, Anthea is committed to guiding others towards positive transformations through the mindful practice of Pilates.
