Continuing education and workshop support

As a member of our team, we'll provide you with continuing Pilates education and workshops, and provide opportunities for career progression, whether it’s expanding your capability as an instructor, becoming a master trainer/educator, or managing others. (Though currently we do not offer education in HK, we have firm plans to introduce educational offerings soon)

If you've completed a course in Mat & Reformer Pilates as well as Anatomy, Biomechanics and Posture analysis, and have some experience working as a Pilates teacher, we want to hear from you! We’re looking for candidates who have a desire for never-ending learning, and the ability to demonstrate sensitivity and empathy as required, as this is an important part of being a Pilates instructor.

What we are looking for / Who we are


  • Should have at least 1 year of experience teaching private Pilates sessions.
  • Must be able to teach in English. Additional languages such as Cantonese, Chinese, Korean, and Japanese is a plus.
  • Should be competent at using a variety of functional equipment, including foam rollers, Pilates balls, bands, straps, blocks and other Pilates accessories. If you aren’t we can support you with this as part of your continuing education.
    Are a passionate and energetic instructor with a genuine desire to help others improve their health and wellbeing.
    Are service-focused and willing to do ‘whatever it takes’ to exceed the customer’s expectations.
    Possess strong communication skills, particularly soft skills – being able to demonstrate sensitivity and empathy as required is an important part of being a Pilates instructor.

Certifications required:

You must be certified in at least two Pilates repertoire (Mat and Reformer or Mat and CCB)

You must have good knowledge in anatomy and biomechanics.

Certifications in modern Pilates is preferred.
