Sydney began her career as a personal trainer, working initially with Fitness First in the Philippines before transitioning to a role at an all-ladies fitness club in Ras Al Khaima, UAE. In 2019, she moved to South Korea, where she encountered chronic back pain. It was during this time that Sydney discovered and developed a deep affection for Pilates. Upon relocating to the US in 2021, she worked as a personal trainer while simultaneously obtaining certification under Peak Pilates.

Drawing from her personal journey and professional expertise, Sydney is passionate about sharing the benefits of Pilates with her clients. She takes her time to ensure you are comfortable with the “why” behind your practice while providing a purposeful and effective workout, nhancing your ability to not only feel the difference but also see the difference reflected in your active hobbies and daily movement.
