About the Program

Apprentices receive training and mentorship while contributing to studio operations, creating a pathway to certification and potential employment.
Requirements
- Strong interest in Pilates and movement education
- Commitment to completing the full apprenticeship program

- Basic understanding of fitness and wellness preferred
Responsibilities
- Assist with studio operations and maintenance
- Support instructors during sessions as needed
- Participate in training and education programs
- Help maintain equipment and studio cleanliness
- Assist with administrative tasks
- Attend required training sessions and workshops
