Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using our website or purchasing any services from Options Pilates Studio Hong Kong.

Options Pilates Studio Hong Kong is operated by Options Studio Limited, registered in Hong Kong. Our studio is located at 7th Floor, Abdoolally House, 20 Stanley Street, Central, Hong Kong. Contact: [email protected]
2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website, booking a class or course, or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
3. Services
We offer Pilates instruction services including private sessions, semi-private sessions, group classes, and PAI-certified instructor training courses. All services are subject to availability and the specific terms outlined at point of booking.
4. Booking & Payment
- All bookings are confirmed upon receipt of payment unless otherwise agreed in writing
- Prices are quoted in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD)
- We reserve the right to adjust pricing with reasonable notice
- Package and course fees are non-transferable between clients
5. Cancellation & Rescheduling
- Private sessions: 24 hours notice required. Late cancellations and no-shows are charged in full
- Group classes: 12 hours notice required to avoid forfeiting the class credit
- Instructor courses: Cancellation terms are provided at time of course enrolment
6. Refunds
Class credits and package fees are non-refundable except where a course is cancelled by Options Pilates due to insufficient enrolment. In exceptional circumstances, account credits may be issued at our discretion. Please email [email protected] to discuss.
7. Health & Safety
You confirm that you are physically fit to participate in Pilates instruction. You must inform your instructor of any medical conditions, injuries, pregnancy or contraindications before commencing any session. Options Pilates accepts no liability for injury arising from your failure to disclose relevant medical information or from disregarding instructor guidance.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, images, course materials and design — is the property of Options Studio Limited or its licensors and is protected by Hong Kong and international copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute or use any content without our written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Hong Kong law, Options Studio Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of our services or website. Our total liability in any matter shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
11. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
