With a background in consulting, Angela brings a structured approach to every session, ensuring clarity in both purpose and progression. What began as a way to manage neck and back discomfort has evolved into a meaningful practice—one she now shares to help clients build strength, appreciation, and a deeper connection to their bodies. Pendekatan Angela dalam Pilates berfokus pada koneksi neuromuskular dan presisi gerakan sehingga dapat membantu klien bergerak dengan kesadaran tubuh yang lebih tinggi, baik di dalam maupun di luar studio. Pengajarannya detail namun tetap terasa ringan dan nyaman, dengan sesi yang seimbang antara tantangan dan kenyamanan, sambil membantu klien lebih memahami tubuhnya. Dengan latar belakang sebagai seorang manajemen konsultan, setiap sesi dirancang dengan jelas dan terarah. Berawal dari keluhan leher dan punggung, kini Pilates menjadi praktik yang ia bagikan untuk membantu klien merasa lebih kuat, percaya diri, dan lebih terhubung dengan tubuhnya.
