Private Classes

Private Pilates Sessions are the perfect way to personalise your workouts. Our PAI® Certified Instructors will tailor your sessions based on the individual goals, needs and abilities to help you achieve or exceed your goals that much faster. The modifications and variations for each exercise make Pilates a safe and effective workout for everyone from elite athletes to sedentary clients to post-rehab clients from injuries.

You will use all of the specialized equipment including the Reformer, Cadillac, Stability Chair, Ladder Barrels, Spine Corrector, Arc Barrel and a variety of other small apparatus for a fun, varied and challenging work out every time.

Semi Private Classes

Semi-Private Pilates lessons are perfect for couples or friends that want a more individualized attention than a group class environment could offer and have specific goals and objectives for training.  Semi-Private are scheduled at your convenience and offer additional savings over Private training.

Semi-Private Training Sessions make use of all the specialised equipment including the Reformer, Cadillac, Stability Chair, Ladder Barrels, Spine Corrector, Arc Barrel, Jungle Sports Suspension and a variety of other small apparatus for a fun, varied and challenging work out every time.

Group Classes

Our group classes are the ideal for clients who don't have various or specific injuries. In this class, the primary focus is on the basic principals of Pilates, which include; breathing technique, shoulder, pelvis, and ribs placement, learning the exercises and the equipment.

To make your classes more fun, we use a lot of props like flex bands, weights, balls, Bosu balls, and foam rollers as a complement to some basic exercises. As instructors, our main goal is to teach clients how to use their body in a mindful way!

It is important for all the clients to know listen to their bodies and know when to take breaks and/or stop.

All classes are 50-55 minutes long! We offer fully equipped classes with reformers, towers and chairs. We endeavor to keep the classes fun, challenging, and different! Due to the small sizes of the class the instructors give attention and corrections to every single student.
