Options Pilates is committed to your health and wellbeing. During this COVID-19 pandemic, we are dedicated to provide you with a clean & hygienic environment so that you can exercise safely within our studio.

HYGIENE & SAFETY MEASURES
- TraceTogether SafeEntry
- Vaccination check for everyone
- Respect physical distancing guidelines
- Regular studio cleaning (performed daily)
- Hand sanitisers available
- Disposable gloves available for clients
CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY
- Masks should be worn as a default. Masks may be taken off when performing a strenuous activity (updated 30th Dec 2021) given that the individual is fully vaccinated.
- We ask that you do not attend class if you are sick, please contact us to cancel your classes. A note from the doctor will be required for last-minute notice.
- Please sanitize your hands before the class, and wipe down all equipment, props after using.
- We are so excited to see you. Please smile and wave from a distance. Air hugs and air high fives only please.
- Socks must be worn when partaking in any Options Pilates class. No socks, no exercise.
GENERAL STUDIO POLICIES
CLASS TIME
Classes are 55 minutes long, unless otherwise specified and are by prior appointment only. You may contact us by phone, Whatsapp/SMS, email ([email protected]) or come in person to book your class.
If you are late for your class, you are only entitled to the remaining portion of the time slot you booked.
CLASS ATTIRE
Please wear comfortable exercise clothing that allows you to move but is sufficiently form-fitting to allow your instructor to see your body alignment. Some postures may involve you being inverted or lying with your legs in the air, and you would want to wear clothing that protects your modesty.
GROUP CLASS
Before joining group classes, it is compulsory to attend a private trial class. The instructor will need to sign off before clients can join group classes. This is for the client’s safety and to prevent injuries from happening during the group class. We would wish every client to have a positive movement experience.
INJURIES
If you have undiagnosed chronic pain or injury and have not seen a medical professional, we request you do so before your Pilates session.
You must notify your instructor if you have any pre-existing injuries or medical conditions which may impact your ability to perform the exercises.
CELL PHONES
We kindly ask that you turn off your cell phone when you enter the studio. Please store your personal belongings & shoes (we are shoes off studio) in the provided cubbies.
SOCKS ETIQUETTE
For hygiene purposes, socks are required for all classes and appointments. For safety, grip socks are encouraged. Grip socks are available for purchase at all locations.
CANCELLATION POLICY
CLASS CANCELLATION
Group classes: Please notify reception one day before to cancel or reschedule.
Private Sessions: 24 hours notice to instructor required to cancel or reschedule.
Late cancellation/no-show fee:
The lesson is forfeited. No refund in cash or in-kind will be given for the session missed.
PILATES INSTRUCTOR TRAINING COURSE CANCELLATION
Payments for Instructor Training courses are non-refundable. For cancellations less than 90 days prior to the course start date, we will put a credit to your account to use in the future towards any Options Pilates Studio services and courses.
You can change the course date up to 4 weeks prior to the course start date. If you change or cancel within 4 weeks of the start date, we will not be able to refund your payment.
Please note that the course may get pushed back to a later date or cancelled if there are less than 4 sign-ups. Payment can be refunded or can be used for a course at a later date.
REFUND POLICY
We are unable to give refunds but if a crisis arises, please send us an email at [email protected] and under some circumstances we may decide to put a credit in your account to use in the future.
TRANSFERRING YOUR CREDITS TO SOMEONE ELSE
All our class and private packages are fully transferrable to another person, one time only.
