We seek a Global Operations Manager (GOM) whose ambition is matched by their capability to build structures that allow our business to run autonomously. Key Responsibilities

Operational Excellence: Design and implement strategies to ensure operational efficiency, exceptional service quality, and adherence to our high standards across all locations.

Strategic Expansion: Collaboratively design and implement strategies for international expansion, including market research, location scouting, strategic planning and operational setup in new regions.

Cultivating High-Performance Management Teams: Build, mentor, and lead the management team and support staff, instilling a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Innovation in Systems and Processes: Develop and enhance internal processes, systems, and tech integrations to bolster scalable growth and operational agility.

Financial Management: Direct financial strategies, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to secure profitability and identify growth levers. Monitor performance indicators to identify and act on growth opportunities and efficiencies.

Collaborative Leadership: Act as the primary connector between management, studio personnel, instructors, and external stakeholders.

Business Evolution: Champion innovation within operational practices, continually seeking advancements that propel the business forward.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Age and Lifestyle Expectations: We are looking for a young, dynamic professional in their late 20s to 30s, without family commitments, ready to dedicate themselves fully to the role, able to travel internationally as required. 

Location Requirements: Initially based in Singapore, with the potential to relocate to the UAE in line with our expansion plans.

Experience and Attitude: While extensive management experience is not mandatory, the right candidate must demonstrate the capacity and desire to manage effectively. This includes the ability to enforce discipline, communicate constructively yet firmly, and not shy away from making tough decisions. We value agility, resilience, and the willingness to learn over years of management experience.

Leadership and Management Skills: Must possess an innate leadership ability, understanding the balance between being approachable and maintaining the necessary professional distance to manage effectively. The candidate should be open to learning and adapting, and equipped to handle challenges without compromising their emotional stability.

Strategic Thinking: Strong strategic planning and execution skills, with the ability to balance day-to-day operational priorities with long-term growth initiatives.

Adaptability: Comfort with flexibility and change, with a flexible approach to problem-solving and an ability to thrive in a multi-cultural environment.

Communication: Strong communicator, capable of engaging with various stakeholders and fostering a transparent communication across the organization.

Compensation and Perks

Starting Salary: SGD 78,000 to 110,000 annually, with ample room for growth based on performance, contributions, and business success.
