Amanda’s journey with Pilates began as a way to manage chronic back pain caused by
scoliosis, a condition she has lived with since high school. Through Pilates, she experienced significant relief from pain, improved posture, and increased strength. This transformation sparked a deep passion for understanding Pilates and human anatomy, motivating her to help others achieve similar relief, strength, and mindfulness.

She is particularly fascinated by the ever-evolving techniques within Pilates and the constant opportunities for continued education.
