Gillian’s journey into Pilates began while working long hours at a desk in her office job. She experienced back pain, wrist discomfort, and neck aches from a sedentary lifestyle. While working overseas, she discovered Pilates and was amazed by how it alleviated her pain, improved her mobility, and enhanced her daily life.
This transformative experience sparked Gillian’s passion for Pilates. She immersed herself in the practice, first to help herself, and then to share its benefits with others. For her, Pilates became more than just a workout—it was a way to calm her mind and focus on her overall well-being.
As an instructor, Gillian is excited to guide beginners in improving their posture, building strength, and achieving a greater sense of wellness. Her approachable and encouraging teaching style makes her classes ideal for newcomers looking to experience the life-changing benefits of Pilates.
