Kelly

Pilates Instructor

(Oxley, Wheelock Place)

After earning her MBA in Finance and Management Information Systems (MIS), Kelly spent over 16 years in corporate and investment banking in London. Kelly’s life took a transformative turn following the birth of her second child. Like many women, she faced physical challenges post-pregnancy—persistent lower back pain, a weakened core, and the added layer of managing pre-existing lumbar spondylosis.

At the recommendation of her osteopath, Kelly turned to Pilates—and within just three months of practicing three times a week, her body began to change dramatically. The pain subsided, her core grew stronger, and she was finally able to correct years of poor posture.

When she moved to Dubai, Kelly knew she wanted to take this journey further—not just for herself, but to help others experience the same healing and strength. She trained and became a certified BASI Pilates Instructor.

Kelly teaches from lived experience, with a deep understanding of how chronic pain, postural imbalances, and postpartum recovery can affect both body and mind. Her approach combines precise technique, core engagement, and alignment-based movement to help clients move safely and effectively.

In addition to Pilates, Kelly enjoys weight training and CrossFit workouts—both of which have been deeply supported by her Pilates practice. The emphasis on core stability, alignment, and body awareness gained through Pilates has significantly enhanced her performance, improved her form while lifting and training at high intensity.

Whether you're navigating recovery, improving performance in strength training, or simply looking to move and feel better, Kelly is committed to guiding you toward a stronger, more aligned version of yourself.
