Melissa Pascual

The demands of Melissa’s previous career in corporate management took its toll on her body and mind. This eventually led to a strong conviction that health and body awareness should be some of the foremost priorities in life.

These strenuous sports weakened and strained her knees and she eventually required rehabilitation.

In her search to find another avenue to work out safely, Melissa found Pilates – an intelligent exercise that enhanced her overall performance in sports. It not only helped her strengthen her core but gave her deeper understanding of her body – a stronger sense of awareness to perform and move optimally.
