Cindy used to play ice skating in her childhood. As an adult, who works as an office worker who need to constant sitting in front of computer. That’s what make her posture is bad and have muscle imbalance. She started her Pilates journey to improve her posture and flexibility. After a short time, Cindy was impressed with the effects Pilates was having on her body. “I felt the effects right from session number one and soon began to see the benefits on the field through improved strength, flexibility and coordination.”

With her experience, knowledge and practice, Cindy hopes to bring meaningful change in people’s lives.
