Danielle, with six years of experience as a manual and physical therapist specializing in the brain, spinal nervous system, orthopedics, musculoskeletal system, exercise therapy, and manual therapy for athletes, held strong convictions about integrating treatment with exercise. However, she recognized the limitations imposed by environmental factors within the hospital setting. This realization prompted her to explore alternative methods, leading her to the field of Pilates rehabilitation. Danielle embarked on Pilates to identify the unique causes of pain in each individual, aiming to correct body posture and facilitate rehabilitation through Pilates and mat exercises.
Danielle distinguishes herself as an instructor through her comprehensive experience and expertise. She combines her personal journey in exercise, diverse case management experience, clear and understandable teaching methods, guidance towards proper exercise practices, and thoughtful consideration, offering a well-rounded and effective approach to physical well-being.
뇌,척추 신경계, 정형계, 근골격계, 운동선수 운동치료 및 도수치료 등 6년차 도수치료사/물리치료사로 일을 해옴으로써, 운동을 병행하여 진행하는 치료에 대한 확고함이 있었으나, 병원 내에 환경적인 요인으로 인하여 많은 제한이 있음을 깨닫게 되었습니다. 다른 방법을 모색하다 보니 필라테스 재활이라는 분야를 알게 되었고, 개인마다 다른 통증의 원인을 찾아 필라테스 기구운동 및 매트운동을 통해 궁극적으로 체형교정과 재활을 진행하고 싶어 필라테스를 시작하게 되었습니다.
