(Bukit Timah)

Kelvin brings a passion for mindful movements that enhance quality of life to his role as an experienced yoga and Pilates instructor. As a former dragon boat athlete, he understands the importance of balancing strength, mobility, and flexibility for a healthy body.

Originally drawn to Pilates as a complement to his weight-lifting routine, Kelvin soon appreciated the holistic benefits of its gentle movements, coordinated breathing, and deep muscle engagement. Pilates has strengthened his core, enhancing posture and overall body stability. With experience teaching a diverse range of individuals, from novices to fellow athletes, Kelvin's objective is to help others reap these same benefits.

As an instructor, Kelvin values the unique perspectives each person brings to the practice. He thoroughly immerses himself in his clients' stories while guiding them, continually embracing every opportunity, big or small, to expand his teaching repertoire and deepen his understanding.

In his leisure time, Kelvin enjoys weight-lifting, bouldering, playing the cello, reading works by Voltaire and Haruki Murakami, swimming, and practicing ballet and waltz. He also frequently attends classical music concerts and operas. As a multilingual communicator, Kelvin is fluent in English, Mandarin, Malay, Cantonese, and Japanese.

In essence, Kelvin's expertise in Pilates, coupled with his dedication to teaching and continuous learning, positions him uniquely to guide others toward improved well-being.
