Li Li loves running and has done many marathons over the last 18 years. To complement her marathon training, she focuses much of training on strength and core exercises. In 2007, when she became pregnant with her second child, she wanted to pare down her training and find a safe form of exercise which she could do throughout her pregnancy and be able to bounce back to training as soon as possible after delivery. This was when she started learning pilates, initially Matwork in the first trimester, then Reformer in her second trimester when tummy became bigger.

As a pilates instructor, she focuses on building a strong foundation for her clients as they progress from basic to more advanced exercises. She hopes to tailor each training session for her client to be effective yet fun, level-appropriate and yet challenging so that we will achieve improvement in overall fitness and core strength through pilates.

俐莉特别热爱跑步。十八年来参加了无数马拉松赛。为了提升赛跑表现,平时的训练也结合了力量、抗阻力和核心运动。2007年怀第二胎时,想把训练强度降低,就开始学习普拉提。普拉提对她怀孕期保持体力、体能和生产后恢复锻炼非常有帮助。她希望也能把自己在普拉提学习的知识和经验分享给更多人。

作为一个普拉提教练,她注重于把基础运动扎稳了,再进一步加强更深一层的训练。希望每一堂课都能做到有效有乐、适当有自我挑战性的训练,来提高学生的体能和核心力量。
