Sandra has a passion for exercise that surpasses many others. Her journey began while she was teaching children at school, where she developed an interest in proper posture and the ideal body shape for modern individuals. It was during this time that Sandra discovered Pilates and was captivated by it. She aspired to make Pilates not just a form of exercise, but a hobby, dedicating herself to mastering it alongside her other responsibilities.

Unlike typical Pilates instructors, Sandra focuses on delivering Pilates in a way that is both enjoyable and effective in addressing her clients' issues. She aims to ensure that her sessions are not only about following routines but also about having fun and making a positive impact on her clients' well-being.

저는 워낙 운동을 좋아하다보니, 다른 이에 비해 많은 운동을 접했습니다. 학교에서 아이들을 가르치다보니 현대인들이 필요한 바른 자세와 올바른 체형에 관심을 가지게 되었습니다. 그런 와중에 필라테스라는 운동을 알게 되었고, 취미도 직업이 되고 싶은 필라테스에 매료되어 두 가지 일을 병행하게 되었습니다.
 
보통의 필라테스 강사가 아닌 재미있게 회원들의 문제점을 잘 해결할 수 있도록 바르게 필라테스를 전달 할 것입니다.
