Do Yeon has a nursing license in Korea and New York, and worked as a nurse in Seoul National University Hospital for 15 years. Her motto “A healthy body makes for a healthy mind and life” eventually led her to switch jobs to becoming a Pilates instructor. With her versatile experience in nursing, medical work, Pilates, Yoga, Spinning, Tango, Jazz dance and Ballet Fit, she is equipped to teach stretching, body balance and muscle strengthening for clients. 

In her classes, Sarah focuses on creating a supportive and inclusive environment where everyone feels comfortable expressing their goals and challenges. Whether you are a beginner or have some experience, she tailors her sessions to meet your individual needs.

 Pilates, to Sarah, is a powerful practice that enhances flexibility, strength, and overall well- being.  ピラティスは、身体の柔軟性や筋力を高めるだけでなく、心の健康にも良い影響を与える素 晴らしいエクササイズです。日本出身のMoka自身、リハビリを通じてピラティスの魅力を 実感し、身体の変化を感じることで自信を取り戻しました。
